**Key Responsibilities**:

- Cultivate positive relationships with customers, understanding their needs and preferences.
- Provide excellent service to guarantee optimal levels of customer satisfaction.
- Address customer complaints and inquiries in a professional and timely manner.
- Develop and execute promotional strategies, including in-store displays, to enhance brand visibility and sales.
- Manage store administration tasks, such as budgeting and financial record-keeping.
- Coordinate and supervise store operations, including employee scheduling and task assignment.
- Implement and enforce operational policies and procedures to maintain efficiency and compliance.
- Control costs effectively to ensure profitability of operations.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
