**Key Responsibilities**:

- Administer and maintain Windows Server environments, Active Directory, and Group Policy.
- Support and manage **Linux** (Ubuntu/CentOS) systems in cloud and on-prem environments.
- Provision, monitor, and manage resources in **Microsoft Azure** and **Amazon Web Services (AWS)**.
- Implement infrastructure-as-code solutions for repeatable and scalable environments.
- Monitor system performance, logs, and availability; resolve incidents and proactively address issues.
- Perform routine maintenance, patching, and security hardening on all systems.
- Assist with backup and disaster recovery planning and testing.
- Collaborate with DevOps, development, and security teams to align infrastructure with business needs.
- Document processes, architectures, and procedures to ensure operational continuity.

**Required Qualifications**:

- 5+ years of experience in a systems administration or IT infrastructure role.
- Strong expertise with **Windows Server (2016/2019/2022)** and **Active Directory**.
- Proficient in configuring and managing **IIS (Internet Information Services)**.
- Solid experience administering **Linux systems** (Ubuntu, CentOS, or RHEL).
- Working knowledge of **cloud platforms** - Azure and AWS (EC2, S3, IAM, Azure VMs, Azure Networking).
- Experience with scripting (PowerShell, Bash, or Python) for automation and operational tasks.
- Understanding of networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN).
- Familiarity with security best practices, firewall rules, and system hardening.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and automation tools like Terraform, Ansible, or Jenkins.
- Exposure to container technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Knowledge of monitoring tools (Prometheus, Grafana, CloudWatch, Azure Monitor).
- Certification(s) in Microsoft Azure, AWS, or Linux (preferred but not required).
