**Job Description**:

- Should able to install, Configure & Perform deep Troubleshooting software and networking
- Should be well conversant with Windows OS, Basic concepts of networking & servers
- Troubleshoot system and network problems, diagnosing and solving hardware or software faults
- Test and evaluate new technology
- vSphere, Promox Schedule Backup & recovery
- Sophos Firewall expertise & Maintain VPN connections.
- Firewall/Router/Switch (Configuration changes)
- Taking Follow up to Vendors.
- Responsible for troubleshooting LAN and WAN network.
- Provides service, maintenance, repairs and upgrades for all computers and peripherals.
- Log Complaints for ISP & Log 360,Zabbix,
- Managing IT in Core Systems and Network domain
- Understanding of virtualization servers & Hardware optimization
- Must have an exposure in installation and configuration of security software
- Have hands on Knowledge and Experience of System Security and IT Security including firewalls and anti-virus software, authentication systems, log management, content filtering, etc.
- Ability to provide advanced end user support in an enterprise environment
- Ability to support Windows 7/10/2016 Ubuntu & Mac Operating Systems
- Advanced troubleshooting support of Office O365
- Active Directory (WINS, DNS, GPO, WSUS,WDS,RDP)
- MS terminal services, Citrix, VMware ESX /5.5/6/6.7
- Advanced ability to troubleshoot remote access issues
- Best Practice on compliance policy adherence

Required Skills and Experience:

- Software, Hardware and Networking Skills
- Operating Systems: Windows, Linux system administration, Mac
- Monitoring Tools: Experience with system monitoring tools (e.g. Zabbix,Gruffan).
- Problem Solving: Ability to analyze and resolve complex infrastructure resource and Strong background in Linux/Unix and Windows Administration.
- Investigating and maintaining faults in the server and network
- Understanding complex technical issues and managing them within a fast-paced business environment
