**Key Responsibilities**:
1. Network Management:
2. Maintain and upgrade network systems.

3. Manage server setup and administration.

4. Handle internet and routing configurations.

5. FortiGate, Firewall & RTO Manager & Company Software & Hardware Management

6. Cybersecurity and Digital Security:
7. Implement and monitor cybersecurity measures.

8. Manage CCTV and digital security systems.

9. Oversee digital imprint management, including domain and server management.

10. System Maintenance and Upgradation & Repairing:
11. Perform regular maintenance and updates of hardware and software systems.

12. Troubleshoot and repair system issues.

13. Ensure optimal performance of Windows systems and oversee their upgrading.

14. Software and Hardware Repairing & Management:
16. Manage the inventory and maintenance of hardware devices.

17. Support and Training:
18. Provide technical support to team members. Train staff on new technologies and systems.

Asset Management
- Asset to be updated daily in Physically and Our Portal i.e... Keka
- Maintain Asset Register

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Proven experience in IT support, network management, and cybersecurity.
- Strong knowledge of Windows systems, server management, and networking protocols.
- Ability to troubleshoot hardware and software issues.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
