- Maintain comprehensive documentation of configurations, changes, and troubleshooting procedures.

- Ensure compliance with data security regulations and organizational policies.
- Regularly review and update security protocols to address emerging threats.
- Develop and manage data backup schedules, ensuring the integrity and availability of critical information.
- Conduct regular recovery tests and respond promptly to data loss incidents with effective recovery protocols.
- Work closely with sales, project management, and other technical teams to deliver integrated solutions.
- Generate detailed performance and issue reports for management review.
- Stay informed on the latest Microsoft technologies and industry trends to provide innovative solutions.
Required Skills and Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- Proven expertise in Microsoft technologies, including Office 365, Azure, and Windows Server.
- Experience with system deployment, migration, and optimization. - Advanced knowledge of operating systems (Windows/Linux), network protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP), and IT infrastructure.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication and client engagement skills. - Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
- Experience with cloud services and hybrid environments
Pay: ₹11,497.52 - ₹35,000.00 per month
