Key Responsibilities 1. System Administration o Manage and maintain 50+ desktop/laptop computers. o Handle software installations, updates, and license renewals (including antivirus and subscription-based software).

2. Data Management o Maintain ASUS-based server, including user account management and role-based access control. o Ensure proper management of data storage on Google Drive. o Monitor data backups and ensure secure storage of critical business data.

3. Network and Security o Manage overall network performance, including troubleshooting connectivity issues. o Oversee firewall configurations and maintain strong cybersecurity protocols. o Regularly update and monitor antivirus software across all systems.

4. Support and Troubleshooting o Provide timely technical support to employees for hardware and software issues. o Train staff on basic IT protocols and best practices to enhance system security.

5. Documentation and Reporting o Maintain an updated inventory of IT assets. o Document IT policies, procedures, and processes for internal use. o Generate periodic reports on IT infrastructure performance, issues, and resolutions.

Required Qualifications - Education: Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Experience: Minimum 2-3 years in IT administration or a similar role. - Technical Skills: o Proficient in Windows operating systems. o Experience with server management. o Knowledge of Google Drive for Business or equivalent cloud storage tools. o Familiarity with cybersecurity tools and best practices.
- Soft Skills: o Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. o Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. o Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Qualifications - Certification in IT support or network security (e.g., CompTIA A+, Network+, Security+, or similar). - Familiarity with backup tools like Acronis, Veeam, or equivalent. - Experience with firewalls such as Fortinet, SonicWall, or similar.
