**Responsibilities**:
**Network Administration**: Manage and maintain the organization’s network infrastructure, ensuring seamless connectivity and optimal performance. Configure and troubleshoot routers, switches, firewalls, and other networking devices to support the company’s operations.

**User Account Management**:Administer user accounts, permissions, and access controls, ensuring proper authentication and authorization for employees across the organization.**
**Backup and Recovery**:Implement and manage data backup solutions to prevent data loss, and establish recovery procedures to minimize downtime in case of system failures.

**Security Maintenance**:Implement and enforce security policies, including firewall configurations, conduct regular security audits, and install security patches to protect the organization’s IT infrastructure from cyber threats.

**Firewall Configuration**:Configure and manage firewall settings to control and monitor network traffic, ensuring that only authorized and secure communication is allowed. Regularly update firewall rules to adapt to changing security needs and potential threats.

**Troubleshooting and Support**:Provide technical support to end-users, diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network issues, including firewall-related concerns.

**Documentation**:Maintain detailed documentation of system configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting steps to facilitate knowledge transfer and future reference.

**Compliance and Regulation**:Stay informed about and ensure compliance with relevant IT regulations and standards. Implement necessary measures to meet data protection and privacy requirements.

**Hardware Support**:Diagnose and resolve hardware-related issues for servers, workstations, and other IT equipment. Coordinate with vendors for hardware repairs and replacements, ensuring mínimal disruption to operations. Conduct regular maintenance checks on hardware components to prevent failures and optimize performance.
