**Key Responsibilities: IT Asset & Inventory Management**:

- Maintain an up-to-date inventory of all IT assets (hardware & software).
- Track IT equipment allocation, procurement, and decommissioning.
- Ensure proper documentation and compliance with asset management policies.

**Software Installation & System Administration**:

- Manage operating system updates, patches, and security configurations.
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot technical issues.

**IT Security & Drive Encryption**:

- Implement and monitor IT security policies, including endpoint protection.
- Configure and manage **drive encryption** to secure sensitive data.
- Ensure compliance with security best practices and company policies.

**Networking & Cloud/Virtualization Management**:

- Manage basic network configurations (LAN, VPN, firewall, TCP/IP).
- Support cloud and virtualization environments (AWS, Azure, VMware, or equivalent).
- Assist in troubleshooting network and cloud-related issues.

**User & Access Management**:

- Create and manage user accounts in **Gmail, Asana, Bitrix, and other collaboration tools**.
- Assign appropriate access levels while ensuring security compliance.
- Maintain records of user accounts and permissions.

**General IT Support & Documentation**:

- Provide technical support to employees for hardware, software, and network-related issues.
- Maintain documentation of system configurations, security protocols, and troubleshooting procedures.
- Train employees on IT security best practices and system usage.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- **Bachelor’s degree** in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- **1-2 years of experience** in system administration, IT security, asset management, and networking.
- Proficiency in **Windows/Linux operating systems** and software deployment.
- Experience with **cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and virtualization technologies (VMware, Hyper-V, etc.)**.
- Basic knowledge of **networking protocols, firewalls, and VPN configurations**.
- Hands-on experience with **drive encryption tools (BitLocker, VeraCrypt, etc.)**.
- Familiarity with **Google Workspace (Gmail), Asana, Bitrix, and other collaboration tools**.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Certifications like **CompTIA A+, ITIL, CCNA, Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator**.
- Experience with **IT service management (ITSM) tools**.
- Knowledge of **endpoint security solutions and compliance policies**.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹250,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per year
