We are seeking a highly skilled **System Administrator/Network Administrator** to join our IT team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and optimizing our IT infrastructure to ensure smooth and secure operations. You will play a key role in keeping our systems and network running efficiently and securely.

**Roles & Responsibilities**:
Maintain, configure, and ensure reliable operation of computer systems, network servers, and virtualisation environments.

Perform regular upgrades of computer components, software, and virtual servers.

Integrate automation processes to enhance operational efficiency.

Run diagnostics to identify hardware and software issues.

Address and resolve technical issues promptly to minimise disruptions.

Provide detailed documentation and technical specifications for planning and implementing IT infrastructure upgrades or new installations.

Collaborate with IT staff to develop comprehensive strategies for infrastructure improvements.

Conduct or delegate regular data backup operations.

Implement robust data protection, disaster recovery, and failover procedures.

Lead and manage desktop and helpdesk support efforts.

Develop and enforce security protocols to protect IT infrastructure.

Ensure compliance with data protection and disaster recovery standards.

**Qualifications**:
Associate or Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, System Administration, or a closely related field, or equivalent experience.

**Experience**:
2-5 years of experience in system administration, network administration, or database administration.

Proven experience in SIEM administration and security monitoring.

Demonstrated ability to develop and implement IT strategies and plans.

**Technical Skills**:
Proficiency in systems and networking software, hardware, and networking protocols.

Strong working knowledge of virtualization technologies (e.g., VMware) and scripting/automation tools.

Experience with Cisco Routers, Cisco Switches, Router Configuration, CCNA, Routing Protocols, and Nexus Switches (preferred).

**Certifications**:
Relevant IT certifications like CCNA, CCNP, CompTIA Network+, Microsoft Certified: Azure Network Engineer Associate, CND, and PCNSA (a plus) etc.

**Soft Skills**:
Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.

Strong communication skills with the ability to document and convey technical information clearly.

Ability to work effectively in a team and lead support efforts with mínimal disruption.

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
