**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
Customer Engagement:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to foster loyalty.
Promotions & Offers:
- Inform customers about new product launches, offers, and schemes.
- Share personalized discounts to encourage repeat purchases.
Upselling & Cross-Selling:
- Identify customer needs and recommend additional products or upgrades.
- Use persuasive selling techniques to achieve sales targets.
Feedback Collection:
- Gather feedback on products and services to improve customer experience.
- Address customer queries and concerns promptly and effectively.
Sales Monitoring:
- Track re-purchases and customer retention metrics.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to develop retention strategies.
**Key Requirements**:
- **1-3 years** of experience in **customer support, calling, BPO, or CRM roles**, preferably in a **D2C or e-commerce setup**.
- Strong **sales and negotiation skills** with the ability to drive conversions.
- Proficiency in **MS Office (Excel - Pivot tables, VLOOKUP, Data Analysis)**.
- Excellent **verbal and written communication skills**.
- Prior experience in handling **D2C order management, returns, and logistics coordination** is a plus.
- Hands-on experience with **CRM and e-commerce platforms** such as Shopify, WooCommerce, or similar will be an advantage.
- Ability to multitask, problem-solve, and handle customer grievances professionally.
- A proactive approach to **customer engagement, retention, and brand-building**.
**Job location : M3M Urbana, Sector 67,Sohna Road, Gurugram, Haryana.**
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹23,000.00 per month
