Urgent Hiring **MICROBIOLOGIST - QA(Quality Assurance)**

**SKILLS**

1. Experienced professional with 1-3 years As Microbiologist/Lab chemist

2. Result oriented / strong reporting /Analytical skill /eye for details.

Experience - 1-3 years of experience as Microbiologist / Lab chemist.

Salary - 20k - 25k

Age - 22 to 30 years old.

Department - CPU

Current Job Title - Microbiologist.

**Objective -**

To Maintain and set standard of Goods Manufacturing practices & Good Hygiene practices, primarily focus on technical & Scientific procedures as per Guidelines set by the company.

1. Maintain goods manufacturing practices (GMP) at central Production Unit.

2. Monitoring and Checking of Raw Material / Processed Material/Finished Goods/Dispatch of the goods.

3. Understanding and following the guidelines of FSSAI Compliance

4. Proper knowledge of various hygiene classes (Personal / Product / Environmental) and their requirements as per FSSAI norms.

5. Imparting the training of Food Safety, Good Hygiene Practice and Goods Manufacturing practices at CPU.

6. Responsible for Quality Management System and Food safety system management certification.

7. Responsible for microbiological testing - Ice Analysis & Water Analysis.

8. Monitor environmental Protocol at CPU in controlled area and micro lab.

9. Responsible for storage and maintenance of microbial culture.

10. Responsible for preparation of work instruction of Instruments & SOPs of Microbiology section.

11. Process exposure with respect to Critical control point (CCP), Operational Perquisite programmes (OPRP) and Critical to quality (CTQ).

12. Responsible for calibration of instrument and related documentation and Maintenance of the lab test analysis record.
