Executive Microbiologist

Position-: Microbiologist
Department-: Quality Control
Reporting to-: Quality Manager, Plant Head and VP Food Processing
Work Timing: General Shift and Rotational Shift

Experience-: 2 to 3 Years in Microbiology department of Food and Pharma company
Job Location-: Nashik Maharashtra
Education-: MSC Microbiology with at least First Class

Role:

- Media Preparation
- Checking Yeast, Mould, TPC etc
- Swab Testing
- Hygiene monitoring of the plant and machinery
- Documentation as per the ISO, USFDA, BRC and other certifications
- Handling Laminar Airflow, other micro instruments
- Post sanitation microbial analysis of production
- equipment
- Area monitoring
- Microbial analysis of water
- Isolation, identification and culturing of microorganisms
- from various sources in industry
- Monthly rejection analysis
- Maintaining daily records and monthly reports
- Handling Audits by Certification bodies and customers and representing the Microbiological Department

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
