Job Title: Production Microbiologist

Job Description: The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling the production area, executing microbiological production batches, and maintaining all related documentation and production records in compliance with company and regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee day-to-day operations of the microbiology production area.

  • Execute and monitor production batches as per approved procedures and SOPs.

  • Ensure aseptic conditions and maintain hygiene throughout the production process.

  • Prepare, review, and maintain batch production records, process documentation, and daily production reports.

  • Coordinate with QA/QC and R&D teams for process validation, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement.

  • Ensure adherence to GMP, safety, and quality standards during production activities.

  • Maintain equipment logs and support preventive maintenance schedules.

Desired Candidate Profile: Qualification: B.Sc. in Microbiology or related field.

Experience: Minimum 6 months – 2 years in microbiology production (preferably in chemical, pharma, or life sciences industry).

Skills Required:

  • Strong knowledge of microbiological techniques and aseptic practices.

  • Good documentation and report preparation skills.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹100, ₹300,000.00 per year
