Position: Production Microbiologist

Location: Navi Mumbai

Experience: 6 months – 2 years

Qualification: B.Sc. in Microbiology or a related field

Industry Preference: Chemical / Pharmaceutical / Life Sciences

Role Overview:

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Production Microbiologist to manage and execute microbiological production operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining aseptic conditions, monitoring production batches, and ensuring all documentation complies with regulatory and company standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and manage daily operations in the microbiology production area.
  • Execute microbiological production batches as per defined SOPs and protocols.
  • Maintain strict aseptic conditions and ensure hygiene standards throughout the process.
  • Prepare, review, and maintain batch production records, process documentation, and daily reports.
  • Collaborate with QA/QC and R&D teams for validation, troubleshooting, and process improvement.
  • Ensure compliance with GMP, safety, and quality standards during all production activities.
  • Maintain equipment usage logs and assist in preventive maintenance activities.

Desired Candidate Profile:

  • B.Sc. in Microbiology or a closely related field.
  • 6 months – 2 years of hands-on experience in microbiology production (preferably in the chemical, pharma, or life sciences sector).
  • Good understanding of microbiological techniques, aseptic practices, and production processes.
  • Strong documentation and reporting skills.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹250, ₹350,000.00 per year
