Eligibility: B.Pharm Freshers

**Job Description**:
We are seeking highly motivated and detail-oriented B.Pharm freshers to join our team as Quality Assurance Interns. This is a fantastic opportunity for fresh graduates looking to start their career in the pharmaceutical industry. As a QA intern, you will support the Quality Assurance team in ensuring that our products meet the highest quality standards and comply with regulatory requirements.

**Responsibilities**:
Assist in monitoring and maintaining quality assurance processes, procedures, and guidelines.

Conduct inspections and audits of raw materials, in-process, and finished products.

Collaborate with the production and R&D departments to ensure compliance with SOPs and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).

Support the preparation and review of documentation for quality assurance activities.

Assist in investigating and resolving quality issues, deviations, and non-conformance reports.

Help in maintaining accurate records of inspections, audits, and testing processes.

Stay updated with pharmaceutical industry regulations and quality control standards.

Participate in training sessions and workshops related to QA processes.

**Requirements**:
Educational Qualification: B.Pharm degree (Freshers are welcome to apply).

Basic understanding of Quality Assurance principles and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).

Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work effectively in a team as well as independently.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Preferred Skills:
Knowledge of regulatory guidelines (FDA, ICH, WHO) is a plus.

Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced work environment.

Passion for quality and excellence in pharmaceutical manufacturing.
