A repute auto parts manufacturing company located at Pune chakan is looking for a senior Quality and NPD manager

Qualification : Diploma mechanical engineer or BE mechanical

Experience : min 3-5 years in manufacturing industry. Person worked with spring manufacturing company will be given 1st preference. worked to IATF certified company is must.

Job role:
v Supervises the Quality Control functions/activities of a project or its parts, including Quality assurance, Control, inspection schedules and the maintenance of Quality Records

v Handling team of quality inspectors..

v Understanding of the client's needs and requirements and communicating with them and the quality standards to the production teams.

v Preparation and Maintaining PPAP & 8D documents.

v Knowledge of FMEA, MSA, Product development process, feasibility study,

v Supports and participate to all the internal/external audits.

v Supervising inspectors and other staff members and providing guidance for quality assurance and new product development.

v Planning calibration of measurement equipment and executing.

v Planning and executing 3rd party laboratory testing of raw materials. (chemical and mechanical parameters)

v Planning and executing salt spray testing in external laboratory.

v Monitoring internal process & final rejection and initiating corrective actions.

v Monitoring Customer end rejection and initiating actions.

v Measuring cost of poor quality and initiating action to reduction.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
