URGENT VACANCY

**Job Profile** : Quality Assurance (Production Manager)

**LOCATION** : Hadapsar, Pune

**JOB TIME** : 10AM to 7PM

**SALARY** : 25,000 to 40,000 per month

**QUALIFICATION** : Any Graduation

**EXPERIENCE**:

- Min 2 years

**JOB DESCRIPTION**:

- A minimum of 2 years of experience in a manufacturing environment, with at least 1 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
- Supervise production activities to ensure adherence to quality standards and specifications.
- Implement and maintain quality control processes, procedures, and documentation.
- Strong knowledge of production management, lean manufacturing, Kaizen, 5S and other such continuous improvement methodologies is MANDATORY
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Proficient in using ERP systems and manufacturing software.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience in any Manufacturing Companies is must
- Certification in Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma.

4- Resource Management Know how to train factory Managers

5- Budget and Cost Management

6- Reporting and Analysis formats know how
