Job Title: Microbiologist

Reports to: Quality Assurance Manager

Location: Shivane Pune

Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop, implement, and maintain microbiological testing protocols to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company standards.

2. Conduct microbiological testing of raw water, treated water, and finished products to detect and identify microorganisms.

3. Analyze and interpret test results, and provide recommendations for corrective actions to ensure product quality and safety.

4. Collaborate with the production team to identify and address potential microbiological contamination risks.

5. Develop and maintain SOPs for microbiological testing, sampling, and data management.

6. Participate in audits and inspections to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company standards.

7. Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in microbiology and water treatment technologies.

**Requirements**:
1. Master's Degree in Microbiology.

2. Minimum 3-5 years of experience in microbiological testing and quality control in a food or beverage industry.

Desirable:
1. Ph.D. in Microbiology or related field.

2. Certification in microbiological testing, such as ISO 17025.

3. Experience with water treatment technologies and processes.
