Handle all Front Office Desk Activities.
- Coordinating office routine.
- Maintaining Registers and records.
- Receiving and sending couriers, Ordinary post and speed post.
- Receiving and Making telephone calls
- Co-ordinate with customers, suppliers & departments
- Proficient in all type of computer work, file recording work & Data Entry of in Computer.
- Creating excels based on requirement
- Creating Presentations based on requirement
- Attending the customer during their visits to the office.
- Fixing up appointment, Reminding of day-to-day work of the Director.
- Making Travel arrangements, Tickets booking, Hotel Reservation.
- Local Travel along with Director for meetings
- Outstation Travel alongwith Director for meetings
- Attending phone calls, Fixing appointments & meetings.
- Forwarding the relevant calls/messages to the director.
- To send shipment information of various levels to the party and follow up
- Communicate and follow-up with customer on the status of their shipments or deliveries.
- Comply with company’s standard operating procedure (SOP) and quality policy.
- Communicate with superior to improve department processes.
- Perform any other tasks as and when assigned by the superior.
**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- Day shift
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Mumbai, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
**Education**:
- Bachelor's (preferred)
**Experience**:
