Key Responsibilities
Administrative & Operational Support
Manage and maintain executives' calendars, appointments, and travel arrangements.
Prepare reports, presentations, correspondence, and meeting materials.
Handle confidential documents and ensure proper filing systems (digital and physical).
Monitor and respond to emails and phone calls on behalf of executives.
Communication & Coordination
Act as a liaison between executives, staff, and external stakeholders.
Coordinate internal and external meetings, including agenda preparation and minutes.
Ensure effective communication flow across teams and departments.
Project & Task Management
Support special projects, research, and data collection for executive decision-making.
Track deadlines, deliverables, and follow-ups to ensure timely execution.
Assist with event planning, business functions, and corporate engagements.
Financial & Office Management
Process expense reports, invoices, and reimbursements.
Manage vendor relationships and office supplies (if applicable).
Support budget tracking and financial documentation.

Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field (preferred).
Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or similar role.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
Proficiency in MS Office Suite / Google Workspace; familiarity with project management tools (Asana, Trello, etc.) is a plus.
Ability to handle sensitive information with integrity and confidentiality.
Problem-solving mindset with flexibility to adapt in dynamic situations.
