Key Responsibilities:- Manage Ms.
Anjali Bhimrajka's schedule, including appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.- Handle correspondence, emails, and phone calls with professionalism and discretion.- Coordinate and organize events, client meetings, and internal team activities.- Maintain accurate records, prepare reports, and assist with presentations using Microsoft Word, Excel, and Power Point.- Provide administrative support, including filing, data entry, and document preparation.- Act as a point of contact between Ms.
Bhimrajka and internal/external stakeholders, ensuring effective communication.
Qualifications and Skills:- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, Secretary, or in a similar administrative role.- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with a polished and professional demeanor.- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with a disciplined approach to tasks.- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook).
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with integrity.
Mumbai-based candidates with local knowledge and availability to work on-site are preferred.
A keen eye for detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
