**Key Responsibilities**:

- To act and perform as Master Trainer to deliver classes in a virtual environment from studio
- To conduct seminars for orientation and admissions
- To conduct demo classed to convert lead into admissions
- To conduct TTT program across locations
- To work closely with the Instruction Design team to have defined pedagogy for better learning outcome
- To develop assignments and projects for learners to have hands-on experience

**Key Skills**:

- Social Media Management - In-depth knowledge and hands on Skills in managing social media and promoting brands on digital platforms.
- Must have experience of dealing with all gambit of social media from basics to performance marketing
- Lead Generation - Hands on Experience on Lead generation and pay per click across platforms including third party tools
- Website Development - good knowledge of website development and dynamics
- SEO - Must be having good exposure of SEO and its usage
- Others - In depth hands on skills in managing digital campaigns and promoting brands for sales and brand management

**Other Skills**:

- Excellent public speaking skills
- Experience with Digital Marketing
- Excellent Communication Skills - it is incredibly important to describe findings to a technical and non-technical audience as Master Trainer
- Hands-on experience with relevant tools
- Problem-solving aptitude
- Analytical mind

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

- Delhi, Delhi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Digital marketing: 5 years (preferred)
