About the Role:

We're onboarding seasoned Master Trainers to lead large-scale teacher capacity-building on Professional Standards for Teachers and related school improvement practices. You'll design and deliver high-impact workshops, mentor facilitators, and ensure fidelity of implementation across schools and blocks.

Must-Have Qualifications:

  • 25+ years total experience in education (school leadership/SCERT/DIET/CBSE/ICSE/KVS/NVS or similar).
  • 10+ years of intensive teacher-training experience specifically on professional standards, classroom practice, observation rubrics, and competency-based development.
  • Proven track record in ToTs, large-room facilitation (100–300 participants), and coaching school leaders.
  • Strong command of adult learning principles; comfort with micro-sessions, simulations, and live classroom demos.
  • Bilingual (English & Hindi); excellent written documentation and reporting.
  • Familiarity with NEP/NCF 2023, classroom observation tools, rubric calibration, and evidence-based feedback.

Nice-to-Have:

  • Former Principal/Headmaster, CBSE Resource Person, SCERT/DIET faculty, or NCERT/State Master Trainer.
  • Experience with data-driven PD cycles, teacher portfolios, and coaching logs.
  • Comfort with basic digital tools (Slides, Sheets, LMS) and offline-first facilitation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Teacher Professional Standards workshops for teachers, HMs, BRC/CRC/CHT cadres.
  • Conduct Training-of-Trainers (ToT) and calibrate observers on classroom rubrics.
  • Model effective lesson planning, walkthroughs, and standards-aligned feedback.
  • Co-create session plans, handouts, and follow-up microlearning.
  • Document attendance, evidence, and impact; submit crisp post-training reports.
