Job Description: The ‘Institute of Professional Speaking’ is seeking a skilled and enthusiastic ‘English Language Trainer to join our team full-time. As an English Language Trainer, you will be responsible for delivering highquality English language training programs to individuals and groups of diverse backgrounds. Your role will primarily involve conducting training sessions, assessing learners' proficiency levels, designing curriculum, and providing constructive feedback to help students improve their English language skills. Responsibilities: - Conduct English language training sessions for individuals and groups. - Develop and implement effective training programs based on learners' needs and objectives. - Assess learners' proficiency levels through various evaluation methods, such as tests, assignments, and oral assessments. - Design curriculum and lesson plans to cover various language skills, including reading, writing, speaking, and listening. - Provide engaging and interactive learning experiences, incorporating a variety of teaching techniques and materials. - Monitor and track learners' progress, providing regular feedback and support to enhance their language proficiency. - Adapt training methods and materials to accommodate different learning styles and levels of proficiency. - Utilize technology and digital resources effectively to enhance the learning experience. - Stay updated with the latest teaching methodologies, resources, and trends in English language training. - Collaborate with colleagues and participate in professional development activities to continuously improve teaching skills. Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in English, Linguistics, Education, or a related field. - Proven experience in delivering English language training to individuals or groups. - Strong command of the English language, including excellent grammar, vocabulary, and pronunciation. - Sound knowledge of language teaching methodologies and
