Roles and Responsibilities:

- Pan India role
- Responsible for training on their respective curriculum
- Conduct on-the-job performance coaching for F&B Service / Front Office / Housekeeping employees
- Able to provide inputs to revise and adjust the existing content as well as contribute to create next level/developmental content and training programs
- Collate, update, manage data on an on-going basis
- Able to create MIS periodically and as and when required
- Able to influence and manage employees and stakeholders to get the job done and achieve desired results
- Aspires to grow and is a self-starter
- This role will be best suited for individuals who want to establish a career in the L&D space
- Intense training and on-the-job coaching will be provided to the trainer

**Requirements**:

- Hotel Management (preferred) or equivalent graduate
- Min. 4-9 years work experience in hotel F&B Service/Front Office/Housekeeping operations (must). Work experienc in QSR, restaurants or the food service industry or airlines or customer service or BPO/KPO will not be considered.
- Working knowledge of MS Word, PPT and Excel

**Salary**: Up to ₹600,000.00 per year

- Aerocity, Gurgaon Road - 110037, Delhi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Hospitality: 4 years (preferred)
