**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Campaign Management**:
- Plan, create, and manage Meta Ads campaigns, ensuring they align with business goals and KPIs.
- Develop and execute strategies for audience targeting, ad creatives, bidding, and budget allocation.
- Monitor and optimize campaigns daily to ensure they meet performance objectives.
- **Performance Analysis**:
- Analyze campaign performance data and generate insights to optimize current and future campaigns.
- Use Meta's analytics tools to track key metrics such as CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, and conversion rates.
- Prepare and present regular reports on campaign performance to management.
- **Strategy Development**:
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align Meta Ads strategies with broader marketing goals.
- Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and algorithm changes within Meta platforms.
- Recommend new approaches and strategies to improve campaign performance.
- **Creative Collaboration**:
- Work closely with the creative team to develop engaging ad creatives that resonate with the target audience.
- Test different creative variations to identify the most effective formats and messaging.
- **Budget Management**:
- Manage and allocate the budget effectively across campaigns to maximize ROI.
- Monitor spending to ensure it stays within the allocated budget while achieving performance goals.
- **Audience Segmentation**:
- Identify and create custom audiences and lookalike audiences for targeted campaigns.
- Utilize A/B testing to refine audience segmentation and improve targeting accuracy.
**Qualifications**:
- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- **Experience**:
- 2+ years of experience in performance marketing, specifically in managing Meta Ads.
- Proven track record of managing successful campaigns on Facebook and Instagram.
- **Skills**:
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Proficient in Meta Business Suite, Ads Manager, and other relevant tools.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- **Certifications**: Meta Blueprint certification is a plus.
