WE HAVE LOOKING FOR SALES EXECUTIVE IN CABLE TRAY MANUFACTURING UNIT FOR EFRA INDUSTRIES LLP.

Qualifications: MACHANIVAL ENGINEERING

Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement comprehensive sales plans to achieve sales targets and expand market share for the Cable Tray product line.

Identify and target potential clients in industries such as construction, telecommunications, power distribution, and infrastructure development.

Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business and customer satisfaction.

Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, competitive landscape, and opportunities for growth.

Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional materials, campaigns, and product presentations to effectively showcase the features and benefits of FRP Cable Tray.

Provide product training and support to internal sales teams, distributors, and partners to enhance product knowledge and sales effectiveness.

Prepare and present regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance analysis to management.

Work closely with the product development team to gather customer feedback, identify product improvements, and contribute to product road-map planning.

Proven track record of success in sales, preferably in the industrial or construction sector.

Strong understanding of the sales process, including prospecting, lead generation, negotiation, and closing deals.

Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively.

Technical knowledge or experience with Cable Tray products is preferred but not required.

Willingness to travel as needed to meet clients and attend events.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software.
