**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Identify and visit potential clients, including retailers, wholesalers, and food industry buyers.
- Promote and demonstrate Zestika Spices' product range.
- Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships for long-term business.
- Ensure timely order collection and payment follow-ups.
- Gather market intelligence on competitors, pricing, and trends.
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth order fulfillment.
- Prepare and submit daily/weekly sales reports.
**Key Requirements**:
- Minimum qualification: 12th Pass; Graduate preferred.
- 1-3 years of experience in FMCG or spice industry sales (preferred).
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to travel extensively within assigned territory.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and customer-focused.
- Familiarity with local market dynamics and distribution channels.
- Own two-wheeler and valid driving license (preferred).
