**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Lead Generation and Calling**:
- Initiate calls to prospective clients based on provided leads.
- Engage in meaningful conversations to understand client needs and present product or service offerings.
- **Follow-Up and Conversion**:
- Follow up with potential leads and nurture them through the sales pipeline.
- Achieve or exceed sales targets by converting leads into confirmed customers.
- **Database Management**:
- Maintain accurate and updated records of customer interactions and sales activities in CRM or databases.
- **Product Knowledge**:
- Develop a strong understanding of the company's products/services to confidently answer client inquiries.
- **Customer Relationship Management**:
- Build and maintain positive relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
- **Market Research**:
- Gather insights about client preferences and feedback to contribute to product and service improvements.
- **Reporting**:
- Prepare and submit daily/weekly reports on calls made, leads generated, and sales closed.
**Key Requirements**:
- **Educational Qualifications**:
- A degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- **Experience**:
- Proven experience in telemarketing, telesales, or a similar role is a plus.
- **Skills**:
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to persuade and handle objections.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Basic knowledge of CRM tools and MS Office Suite.
- **Personal Attributes**:
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
- High energy and enthusiasm for engaging with customers.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new sales techniques.
**Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)**:
- Number of calls made daily.
- Leads generated and qualified.
- Conversion rate (leads to sales).
- Customer satisfaction ratings.
Pay: ₹5,000.00 - ₹6,000.00 per month
