We are seeking a highly motivated individual to join our team as a Lead Generation and Telesales Specialist. This role involves utilizing sophisticated software platforms and effective telesales techniques to generate leads, nurture relationships, and contribute to our sales growth initiatives.

**Responsibilities**:

- **Lead Generation**: Utilize cutting-edge software platforms and tools to generate leads and identify potential customers interested in our products/services.
- **Outbound Calling**: Engage with leads through outbound calls to qualify them, understand their requirements, and introduce them to the benefits of our offerings.
- **Relationship Building**: Build and nurture relationships with prospects through regular follow-ups and personalized communication to keep them engaged and interested.
- **Record Keeping**: Maintain accurate and detailed records of lead interactions, progress, and outcomes.
- **Continuous Learning**: Stay updated with industry trends, product knowledge, and sales techniques to enhance your effectiveness in lead generation and telesales.

**Skills and Qualifications**:

- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with diverse audiences.
- Customer-centric mindset with a focus on understanding and addressing customer needs.
- Enthusiasm for sales, a positive attitude, and a willingness to learn and adapt.
- Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with CRM systems (training will be provided).
- Time management skills to effectively prioritize tasks and manage a pipeline of leads.

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
