**Job Summary**

**Key Responsibilities**

Provide clear, concise, and grammatically correct information about programs, admissions, and processes.

Maintain a professional tone and adhere to the organization’s communication guidelines.

Understand the complete range of educational offerings and keep up to date with program details and updates.

Accurately log and manage interactions using CRM tools or chat software.

Escalate complex queries to the appropriate departments and ensure timely follow-up.

Collaborate with internal teams to continuously improve the student support experience.

Work in rotational shifts, including weekends and evenings, as required.

**Key Requirements**

Excellent written and spoken English with strong grammatical accuracy.

Bachelor’s degree in any field

Strong interpersonal skills and a calm, empathetic communication style.

Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.

Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends or holidays if required.
