**IT Telecaller Executive**

**Location**: Vibhuti Khand, Lucknow
**Timing**: Monday to Saturday | 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM
**Salary**: ₹8,000 - ₹16,000/month _(based on experience & communication skills)_
**Probation Period**: 3 Months

**Role Overview**

We are looking for an **IT Telecaller** to connect with potential clients, explain our services, and set up meetings or demos. If you have good communication skills, basic tech understanding, and a passion for interacting with people, this is your chance

**Responsibilities**
- Make outbound calls to prospective clients
- Explain company services clearly and professionally
- Generate leads and schedule meetings for sales team
- Maintain client database and call records
- Follow up with leads and ensure timely communication

**Requirements**:

- 6 months to 2 years of telecalling or customer service experience preferred
- Good verbal communication in Hindi & basic English
- Basic understanding of IT services like websites, apps, etc.
- Confidence and a positive attitude
- Ability to handle rejection and maintain professionalism
