**Position Overview**:
Hartek Solar is offering a 1-year apprenticeship for fresh B.Tech Electrical graduates interested in the solar EPC sector. The role focuses on supporting the sales team in rooftop, ground-mounted, and captive solar projects, customer relationship management, research, tendering, and project sales.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist in generating new business and supporting existing clients in the C&I sector.
- Conduct research on the designated territories' geography and solar market.
- Support tendering processes and help prepare proposals for solar projects.
- Assist in competitor analysis and track industry trends.
- Gain knowledge of solar technologies and related software (PVSyst, AutoCAD, Google SketchUp).
- Participate in solar-related conferences and exhibitions.

**Core Competencies**:

- Basic understanding of solar technology.
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong communication and team collaboration skills.
- Willingness to learn and grow within the solar sector.

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**: B.Tech in Electrical Engineering.
- **Experience**: Freshers.

**Job Type**: Internship
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: ₹20,000.00 per month
