**Sales Executive ( Residential)**

**Job description**

**Responsibilities**:

- Identify and generate new residential sales leads
- Pitch customized solar solutions
- Develop and maintain relationships
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Collaborate with the technical and project teams to ensure seamless execution
- Stay updated with solar policies, incentives, and market trends

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- 2+ years of experience in residential solar sales (experience in the solar energy sector is a must)
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and customer-focused
- Ability to travel for client meetings and site visits
