**Position: Webinar Associate**

**Job Location: Remote**

**Shift time: 10 to 8 pm Daily, must be available all time during Webinars.**

**Start Date: ASAP**

**Salary: 13k**

The Webinar Associate plays a crucial role in planning and executing engaging and informative webinars to drive audience engagement and lead generation. This role involves coordinating with various teams to ensure successful webinar delivery, managing technical aspects, and analyzing performance metrics to optimize future webinars.

**Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with marketing and content teams to develop webinar topics and content.
- Coordinate with speakers and presenters to ensure smooth webinar delivery
- Monitor technical aspects during webinars to troubleshoot any issues that may arise
- Collect and analyze attendee feedback and engagement data for continuous improvement.
- Promote webinars through various channels to maximize attendance.
- Work closely with sales teams to follow up on leads generated from webinars.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in webinar marketing.

**Requirements**:

- Prior experience in webinar coordination or related field.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Familiarity with webinar platforms (e.g., Zoom, GoToWebinar).
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred
- Certifications in webinar management or digital marketing a plus
