**Position Summary**:
We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Sales Representatives to manage inbound and outbound sales calls, handle inquiries through platforms like IndiaMart, and establish strong relationships with B2B dealers. This role involves sharing product information, discussing pricing, and ensuring a smooth and efficient sales process for LED projectors.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Sales Calls & Inquiries**:
- Take inbound sales calls from prospective clients, providing information about LED projectors and answering queries.
- Make outbound calls to B2B dealers to generate leads, follow up on previous interactions, and close sales deals.
- Understand customer requirements and provide tailored solutions based on their needs.
- **IndiaMart Management**:
- Manage IndiaMart inquiries by responding to potential leads, sharing product information, and addressing customer queries in a timely manner.
- Update and maintain accurate records of inquiries, leads, and customer interactions on the IndiaMart platform.
- **Pricing & Product Information**:
- Share pricing information of LED projectors with B2B dealers, ensuring transparency and competitive pricing.
- Stay updated on product specifications and any changes to pricing or availability.
- **Relationship Building**:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with B2B dealers, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and repeat business.
- Provide post-sales support and address any concerns or issues that may arise.
- **Sales Targets**:
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Maintain a consistent pipeline of leads and opportunities to drive business growth.
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably within the electronics or projector industry.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to negotiate and persuade.
- Familiarity with IndiaMart or other online B2B platforms.
- Goal-oriented with a passion for sales and business growth.
- Ability to handle multiple inquiries and tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
**Preferred Skills**:
- Experience in managing online sales platforms and customer interactions.
- Technical knowledge of LED projectors or related products.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and sales tracking systems.
