We are looking for a motivated and dynamic **Sales Representative** to join our growing sales team. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our diverse range of travel services to new and existing clients. Your goal will be to build strong relationships, understand customer needs, and offer personalized travel solutions that enhance their experience with us.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Client Acquisition and Relationship Building**:
- Actively generate new business opportunities by reaching out to prospective clients, including individuals, corporations, and travel groups.
- Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and repeat business.
- **Sales and Revenue Generation**:
- Offer customized travel packages, including flight bookings, hotel reservations, tour packages, and foreign exchange services.
- **Product Knowledge and Consultations**:
- Stay informed about the latest travel trends, services, and promotions to provide clients with accurate and up-to-date information.
- Conduct consultations with clients to understand their travel needs and provide tailored travel solutions.
- **Customer Support**:
- Address customer inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
- Provide assistance with booking confirmations, cancellations, and changes as necessary.
- **Reporting and Documentation**:
- Keep accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and transactions.
- Prepare and submit regular sales reports to the Sales Manager.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
