4. Call Each Lead and Explain the Products
5. Send Samples/Let Customers Order Samples
6. Close the Sales
7. Achieve Monthly Target for Sales
8. Review Old Leads
9. Follow up for clients who have not placed orders before

Its fully in Office Role. Monday to Friday. You need to achieve targets consistently.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 2 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in the ecommerce industry.
- Proven track record of success in sales and client acquisition on the Indiamart platform.
- Strong understanding of B2B sales processes, techniques, and customer relationship management.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Target-driven mindset with the ability to meet and exceed sales targets consistently.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- Positive attitude, self-motivated, and customer-focused approach.
