**Details**:
**Position**: Business Development Executive
**Shift Timing**: Day Shift (9:00 AM - 6:00 PM)
**Location**: JP Nagar, Bangalore (Work from Office)
**Salary**: CTC 4.92 LPA
INR 20,000 (fixed) + Performance-linked incentives (up to INR 21,000 )
**Key Responsibilities**:
1. Generate revenue by acquiring new customers for the company.
2. Increase revenue by recommending premium or additional products to existing customers.
3. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, providing guidance on the stock and commodity markets.
**Skills Required**:
1. Excellent communication skills in English and proficiency in at least two regional languages (preferably including Hindi).
2. Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
3. Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.
4. Strong attention to detail and customer engagement skills.
**Eligibility**:
Education: Any Graduate/Post Graduate
