**Required Skills and Qualifications**:

- Strong understanding of asynchronous programming and event-driven architecture.
- Familiarity with RESTful APIs and microservices architecture.
- Experience with databases (SQL and NoSQL) and ORM frameworks.
- Knowledge of version control systems, particularly Git.
- Familiarity with testing frameworks and practices (e.g., Mocha, Chai, Jest).
- Understanding of containerization and cloud deployment (e.g., Docker, AWS).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams.

**Must Have Requirements**:

- Proficiency in integrating third-party APIs and services.
- Experience with CI/CD tools and processes to automate deployment.
