**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Production Planning & Execution**:

- Oversee daily production schedules and ensure timely completion of orders.
- Monitor production progress and identify potential bottlenecks.
- Implement corrective actions to address any production delays or issues.
- Ensure efficient utilization of resources (labor, materials, equipment).
- **Quality Control**:

- Implement and maintain quality control procedures throughout the production process.
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure product quality meets established standards.
- Investigate and resolve quality issues promptly.
- **Team Management**:

- Supervise and motivate a team of production workers.
- Assign tasks, provide training and guidance to team members.
- Maintain a safe and productive work environment.
- Address employee concerns and resolve conflicts effectively.
- **Safety & Maintenance**:

- Ensure adherence to all safety regulations and procedures.
- Conduct regular safety inspections and implement corrective actions.
- Oversee the maintenance and upkeep of production equipment.
- Identify and implement improvements to enhance safety and efficiency.
- **Reporting & Analysis**:

- Collect and analyze production data to identify areas for improvement.
- Prepare daily/weekly/monthly production reports.
- Communicate production performance to management.

**Qualifications**:

- Diploma/Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, or related field) preferred.
- 3+ years of experience in a production supervisory role within a manufacturing environment.
- Experience with production planning and scheduling software is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
