**JOB PURPOSE**

**TROUBLR FREE OPERATION OF MACHINE THROUGH PREDECTIVE,CORRECTIVE AND PREVENTIVE MAINTENANCE,**

**KEY RESPOSIBILITY**

**1. PREPEARE AND EXECUTE PREVENTIVE MAINTENANCE SCHEDULE FOR ALL NONWOVEN MACHINE**

**2. ATTEND THE BREAKDOWN AND RESTORE OPERATION QUICKLY. CONDUCT ROOT CAUSE ANALYSIS AND PREVENTIVE ACTIONS**

**3. MAINTAIN THE LIST OF CRITICAL SPARE PARTS AND INVENTORY LEVEL WITH CORDINATION WITH STORE AND PURCHACE TEAM**

**4. SUPERVISE TECHNITIAN AND FITTERS FOR SKILL DEVLOPMENT**

**5. MAINTAIN MACHINE BREAKDOWN HISTORY, BREAKDOWN LOG, MAINTENANCE RECORDS. REPORT DAILY MONTHLY MAINTENACE KPI**

**6. SUGGEST AND IMPLEMENT MECHANICAL IMPROVEMENT**

**7. ENSURE SAFTERY STANDARD.**

**8. COMPLIANCE MANAGEMENT.**
