Maintenance Incharge

Managing workers: Assigning work, reviewing completed work, and evaluating employee performance
- Maintaining work areas: Keeping tools, equipment, and work areas clean and orderly
- Ensuring safety: Following safety regulations and performing line walks to ensure compliance
- Planning schedules: Creating work schedules and production targets
- Quality checks: Performing quality checks on products and equipment
- Problem solving: Collaborating with workers and managers to solve problems
- Reporting: Preparing records of employee time and wages, daily receipts, or inspection results
- Following guidelines: Following union guidelines when applicable
- Helping upper management: Helping upper management understand the challenges blue-collar workers face
- General maintenance: Performing general maintenance or janitorial duties as needed

Pay: ₹17,000.00 - ₹20,346.55 per month
