**Job Summary**:
**Nitzana** is seeking a reliable and experienced Kitchen Incharge to oversee our kitchen operations. The Kitchen Incharge will ensure that all meals are prepared efficiently and to the highest standards of quality and healthiness, while maintaining a safe and organized work environment.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Supervise Kitchen Operations: Oversee daily kitchen activities, including food preparation, cooking, and presentation, ensuring all meals meet Nitzana’s high standards.
- Staff Management: Lead, train, and supervise kitchen staff, fostering a collaborative and efficient work environment.
- Inventory Control: Manage kitchen inventory, order supplies, and ensure proper stock levels while minimizing waste.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure the quality and consistency of all dishes, adhering to health and safety regulations.
- Menu Planning: Assist in planning and developing menus that align with our commitment to healthy and nutritious food.
- Health and Safety Compliance: Ensure all kitchen operations comply with health and safety regulations, maintaining a clean and sanitary environment.
- Cost Management: Monitor food costs and implement measures to control expenses without compromising on quality.
- Customer Service: Occasionally interact with customers to receive feedback and address any concerns regarding food quality or service.
**Qualifications**:
- Proven experience as a Kitchen Incharge, Kitchen Supervisor, or similar role in a high-volume kitchen.
- Culinary degree or equivalent certification from a recognized culinary institution is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of kitchen operations, cooking techniques, and kitchen equipment.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to manage a team and work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards of food quality and safety.
