**We're Hiring - Maintenance In-Charge | GB Solar | Vadodara (Waghodiya GIDC)**

Join us at GB Solar, a leading solar panel manufacturer in Western India, as we grow our in-house maintenance team

**Role**: Maintenance In-Charge

**Timing**:9 AM - 6 PM | 6 Days a Week

**Work Type**: In-House (Factory-based)

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Oversee maintenance of production line machinery
- Handle **vacuum pumps, air compressors, cooling towers & HVAC Systems**
- Plan & execute **preventive and breakdown maintenance**
- Oversee & coordinate **minor civil repair works** (flooring, drainage, etc.)
- Manage **in-house fabrication**jobs and external **vendor coordination**
- Lead maintenance team and **ensure safety compliance**

**You should have**:

- Diploma/BE in **Mechanical** or Electrical
- 4-6 years of experience in a manufacturing or solar industry setup
- Strong troubleshooting skills and hands-on utility & maintenance experience

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹28,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
