- As a Shift Incharge, you will be a part of the Sales team and will report to Section Head
- OBL.
The purpose of your role will be:
1. Drive OBL Shift Operations aligned with Company’s Annual Business Plan to ensure smooth operations
2. Develop & Nurture Team to align their actions with assigned targets
3. Collaborate with internal & external stakeholders to execute logistics projects to improve operational efficiencies**A purpose driven role for you**
- Your key responsibilities will include, but not limited to:
1. Monitor & review Logistics operations to achieve business targets
2. Drive operations team to enhance customer delight
3. Develop process controls in line with Business plan
4. Process adherence
5. Self-Development & team development**A Day in the life**
- As the Shift Incharge, your day will start with the monitoring and reviewing of daily logistics targets and driving the operations. This role will allow you to collaborate with internal & external stakeholders to execute logistics projects to improve operational efficiencies.**Academic Qualification & Experience**
- Degree /Diploma in Engineering
- 6- 8 years of Logistics /Warehousing**Technical Skills/Knowledge**
- Technical/Commercial skills (DMS & SAP)
- Proficiency in MS Office(Advanced Excel)
- Data Interpretation and Analytics
- Knowledge of systems & processes at Hero & channel partner
- Stakeholder Management
