**Job Role**:Customer Support Executive**
**Responsibilities**:
2) Obtaining Customer Information and Other Relevant Data.
3) Asking Questions to The Customer and Understanding Their Specifications.
4) Resolving Queries and Issues Related to The Products and Services.
5) Taking And Processing Product Orders in A Professional Manner.
7) Maintaining MIS of the Customer complaints with status of closure on a daily basis.
8) Analyse the complaints and publish weekly MIS on the key issues and TAT for closure of complaints
9) Maintain and publish updates on the list of bugs or issues that resulted in complaints and status of closure of the issue
10) Suggesting Solutions Based on Customer’s Needs and Requirements.
**Requirements**:
1. Work Experience as a Tele caller, Telemarketer, Or A Similar Role in the Sales Department.
2. Professional Certification Sales and Marketing Will Be an Advantage.
3. Great Interpersonal Skills.
4. Exceptional Oral and Written Communication Skills.
5. Strong Organizational Skills.
6. Ability To Work in A Team or Individually as and when required.
7. Ability To Manage and Handle Multiple Tasks.
8. Outstanding Problem-Solving Skills.
9. Exceptional Attention to Detail.
10. Hard-Working Individual.
11. Good Time Management Abilities.
