**About Position**: Life Line Safety & Security Company is currently seeking a dedicated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Care Executive. This role is crucial in ensuring our clients receive exceptional service and support for their safety and security needs.

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide information about our services, including fire extinguisher and firefighting system supply/AMC, fire alarm systems, CCTV, biometric and access control systems, PA systems, video door phones, personal protective equipment, and road safety and industrial safety supplies.
- Assist customers in scheduling service appointments and coordinating with technical teams for timely resolution of issues.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and gather feedback for continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve complex customer issues and escalate when necessary.
- Stay updated on company products, services, and industry trends to effectively address customer inquiries.

**Requirements**:

- Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Prior experience in customer service or a related field preferred.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with customers.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- Empathetic and solution-oriented mindset.
