**About Us**:
Update247 is a fast-growing hospitality technology platform helping thousands of accommodation providers manage bookings, distribution, and guest experiences seamlessly. As we expand, we’re looking for a **Customer Care Executive** who can be the first point of contact for our valued clients.

**Your Role**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Troubleshoot client queries related to bookings, property setup, or system features.
- Log and track issues in our support system.
- Provide clear and professional communication in English.
- Collaborate with our technical and onboarding teams to escalate or resolve complex issues.

**What We’re Looking For**:

- Strong English skills—both written and spoken.
- Friendly and confident phone manner.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Prior experience in customer support, preferably in tech, SaaS, or hospitality (a bonus).
- Ability to learn quickly and explain technical features in simple terms.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month

- Patna, Bihar: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)

**Education**:

- Customer service: 4 years (required)
