**JOB DESCRIPTION OF CUSTOMER CARE EXECUTIVE**:
**Amiure International Pvt Ltd is a web designing company that deals with rail recipe all across the networks in India and is an authorised partner with IRCTC.**

Minimum Qualification
- FRESHER Considered(Both males and females)

Salary
- 8k to 12k

Evening
- 1.30pm to 10.30pm for boys

**Roles and Responsibilities of customer care executive**:

- To accept food orders and call back for order confirmation
- To process orders in a mannered way
- To coordinate with the vendors and marketing team
- Responsible for complete customer support
- To take feedback and follow up delivery information per order
- To manage complaints of individual customers
- To contribute operations information and recommendations for strategic plans and reviews
- To communicate customer issues with the operations team and devise ways of improving the customer experience including resolving problems and complaints
- Maintain relationship with key operations vendors
- To accomplish operations and organization mission by completing related results as and when required

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Evening shift
- Morning shift

**Education**:

- Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (required)

**Language**:

- English (required)
